A Shade Carrier is used to connect Lampshades fitted with Duplex ring (116mm) to table lamps. The height of the lampshade can then be adjusted depending on which Shade Carrier you use.
The Duplex fitting (116mm) is versatile... for table lamps team them up with a shade carrier, and for ceiling lights use a Spider Adapter.
 
The Shade Carrier is made to fit European Lamp Holders (approx 40mm). Each Shade Carrier will come with a Plastic Reducer, to convert it from European Fitting to UK Fitting - Suitable for UK Lamp Holders (approx 30mm)
